Products (a division of Ohio Associated Enterprises, Inc.) of Painesville, OH. The closing took effect on Thursday August 31, 2000."The addition of GIL Marine will strengthen our overall position

versa." Browning remarked that combining GIL's talent, resources and strong presence in the marine industry with CORSA's manufacturing innovations will afford CORSA the ability to continue building

Marine Performance products, along with the best customer service in the business." Near-term plans call for GIL Marine to move their existing base of operation to CORSA's newly built 40,000
square-foot facility, located on CORSA's five-acre campus in Berea, Ohio. This new building more than doubles the space CORSA previously occupied. The new facility includes a full research and development lab,
state-of-the-art engineering center with Pro-E design capabilities, a CNC machining department and hydroforming stations plus a complete manufacturing facility with plasma welding equipment. The relocation of the GIL
manufacturing business to this site will substantially reduce development and manufacturing time, increase capacity, and open doors for future growth. CORSA Performance produces mufflers, silencers, diverter systems
